The sole survivor of the London and South Western Railway N15 4-6-0 King Arthur class steam locomotives 'Sir Lamiel' is seen at Shatterford, near Beaulieu Road in the New Forest. Designed by Robert Urie and built in 1925 at the North British Works in Glasgow locomotive No. 30777 is part of the National Collection and currently runs in British Railways livery. The train is the return leg of the Dorset Coast Express from Weymouth to London Waterloo operated by the Railway Touring Company. Bit of a precarious shot as was standing on a log wedged up against the high side of the bridge, hanging on with one hand and camera in the other!
